Mills River Bed & Breakfast
Makes "Most Romantic" Lists

Valentine's Day is a big day for hearts and flowers and candy. But at one bed & breakfast inn in the North Carolina mountains, every day is Valentine's Day.

In the February issue of Everyday With Rachael Ray, The Bed & Breakfast On Tiffany Hill was named one of the "Top Ten Romantic Places To Stay In North America" Add that to a similar designation on iLoveinns.com, and you've got some pretty serious romantic vibes coming from a place that's only been open since June 2009.

"It was a labor of love that took 25 years to dream and a year to build," inn owner Serena Einwechter told the Times-News. "I think it gives off a very romantic feel."

The Bed & Breakfast on Tiffany Hill is nestled on farmland in Mills River, midway between Asheville and Brevard. The inn has five well-appointed rooms, each decorated in the style of a classic Southern town. The area is surrounded with romance both natural (mountain views and waterfalls) and man-made (the amazing restaurants of both Asheville & Brevard). Guests also get a three-course "Candlelight Breakfast" each day in the inn's formal dining room, with everything from fruit to dessert.

"Life is short," says Einwechter. "Why not have dessert at breakfast?"
